What can I view your props?

All of our objects are displayed here on this website, separated into categories per prop type. We can send images of props, with dimensions, if required. 

How can I obtain a prop hire quote?

You can select the props you are interested and add these to your basket. When this basket is submitted to us we will generate a quotation and check availability.

What if I only need something for one day?

That is absolutely fine. We don’t have a limit on how long a prop can be hired for, however the longer you hire the cheaper the final price will be. It is not uncommon for props to be hired on a weekly hire basis. We will always be flexible and find a solution for you. 

Do you make props as well as hire?

We specialise in sourcing antiques and period props, however we are always up-cycling and customising objects. It is always worth enquiring if you have something in mind and we will be able to explore ideas and come back to you with our suggestions.

Can I visit your storeroom?

We are not able to accommodate visits to our storeroom, but can provide imagery and detailed descriptions of each of our props, if required.

How long can I hire a prop for?

There is no limit on how long you can hire a prop for. We will be flexible in accommodating your dates, subject to availability.

I am looking for something specific and need help sourcing this. Can you help?

Absolutely. We have a dedicated prop sourcing service and are regularly asked to source unique props and interior objects as private commissions. See our prop sourcing service page.

Can I hire a stylist with my prop order?

Yes, we have a dedicated team of stylists and dressing assistants for clients who would like some support when handling our props. 

Orders

Do you have a minimum spend?

Yes, our general minimum spend is £100.00 but this can vary based on the location of where the props are being used. Please contact us for further information.

What if I miss my return date or need the props longer than originally booked?

No problem, but please do let us know as soon as you can. Any extra hire will be charged accordingly.

What are your payment terms?

We require full payment before the props leave our store. Payments can be made via banks transfer after receiving an invoice.

Unfortunately something was damaged during the hire. What happens next?

Breakages are expected as props are moved and used. We ask that you notify us immediately so we can advise you further. All breakages and associated depreciation will be charged for in line with the replacement costs on the quotation sent.

Logistics

Can I dry hire or do you offer transport?

You can dry hire if you wish but most of our clients choose for us to deliver the props, install and collect. Just let us know your preference? 

Can I use my own transport?

You may use your own transport, however you will be liable for the props whilst in transit. 

How are your props delivered?

Our props will be wrapped in bubblewrap and delivered in boxes, which will would expect to be returned. For any non returned boxes these will be charged for. 

If I need installation support is this available?

Absolutely, and something we love to offer our clients. We have a dedicated team of stylists and dressing assistants to help. 

Do you ship props overseas?

We don’t physically ship our props overseas, but our props can be hired internationally. You will need to arrange for your own transport and insurances. 

Are your props fire retardant?

Due to the nature of our props, being antiques, we cannot guarantee the items to be fire retardant, however we can provide risk assessments if required.
